RAIS BRAND – Mobile Terms of Service

By signing up for the RAIS BRAND mobile messaging service, you agree to these mobile terms of service.

1. Service Description

When you sign up for our mobile messaging service, we may periodically send SMS or MMS messages to your mobile phone number.

These messages may include, but are not limited to:

Orders and shipping updates
Cart reminders
Offers and promotions
New products and collections
Other relevant updates from RAIS BRAND

2. Message Frequency

The frequency of messages may vary. RAIS BRAND aims to send messages only when they are relevant to the recipient.

3. Costs and Rates

Your mobile provider may charge for receiving SMS or MMS messages. These costs are your responsibility.

RAIS BRAND is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile provider.

4. Consent

You will only receive mobile messages from RAIS BRAND if you have explicitly given your consent, for example, by entering your phone number during checkout or by signing up for our mobile messaging service via a registration form.

Your consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Opting Out

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

To do so, follow the opt-out instructions in the relevant message, for example, by replying "STOP".

After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing messages, except for messages necessary for, for example, an order or other ongoing service.

Registration and consent data will not be sold to third parties.
