4. Shopify
Our webshop is hosted and technically supported by Shopify.
When you use our webshop or place an order, personal data is processed by Shopify to the extent necessary to provide the webshop, the ordering process, payments, and other Shopify services.
Shopify's role may vary depending on the processing. For example, Shopify may act as a processor on our behalf, but for certain processing activities, it may also be an independent data controller.
Shopify also states that personal data of individuals in the EEA may be processed and transferred to other regions, including Canada and the United States, in the context of certain services, applying the applicable safeguards.
More information can be found in Shopify's privacy policy.
5. Payments
For processing payments, we use Shopify Payments and the payment services available through Shopify.
To process a payment, your name, address details, and transaction data, among other things, may be processed. Depending on the chosen payment method, additional data may be processed.
Payment data is processed according to the terms and privacy rules of the relevant payment service provider. Shopify states that payment processors may also process certain personal data independently to comply with legal, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations, for example.

When you have signed up for it, we may send you email or SMS messages about, for example, offers, new products, collections, and other marketing communications.
For marketing communications, we only use your data when there is a valid legal basis for it, such as your consent.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. For SMS messages, this can be done, for example, by replying "STOP" if this option is offered in the message.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect necessary messages about, for example, an order.

Our webshop may use cookies and similar technologies to process information about your shopping cart.
If you add products to your shopping cart but do not complete your order, we may — if permitted under applicable regulations — send a reminder.
