Delivery
We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
The estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on the product, availability, and potential busy periods with our suppliers and delivery services.
After dispatch, you will receive a Track & Trace code, so you can easily track your order online.
If a delivery cannot be delivered, the package may be taken to a pickup point or re-offered, depending on the carrier and destination.
Returns
You have the right to return your online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After registering your return, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the product.
The item must be returned complete and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition. You may inspect and try on a product as you would in a store. If the product is used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a reduction in value may apply.
Preferably use the return form included with your order.

Return Costs
Returns are not free. The costs for returning an order are borne by the customer.
We advise you to always send your return shipment with Track & Trace and to keep the shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Refunds
After receiving and checking your return, we will process the refund.
If the return meets the conditions, the due amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
